Admissions Open (Academic Year 2026–2027)

Application forms for admission to Classes II to III & Classes V to IX for the Academic Year 2026–2027 are now available. No admission will be processed without a completed application form.

Registration Procedure

The registration process is completely online.

  1. Visit the school website: www.dmdconventschool.edu
  2. Click on the “Apply Online” button.
  3. Complete the online admission application form.
  4. Review all the entered information carefully.
  5. Click “Submit” to complete the registration.
  6. Download and print the completed application form on A4-size paper (two copies).
  7. Submit the printed copies along with the required documents at the School Administrative Office.

Required Documents

Please submit the following documents along with the printed application form:

  • Printed copy of the completed Admission Application Form
  • Passport-size photograph of the student
  • Recent family photograph
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority
  • Proof of Residence (any one):
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Electricity Bill
    • Passport
    • Ration Card
    • Telephone Bill
  • Aadhaar Cards of the student, father, and mother (Mandatory)
  • Previous Academic Report Card
  • Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
  • Parents’ Educational Qualification Certificates (optional)
  • Caste Certificate (Optional)
  • Medical Certificate (Mandatory only in case of disability or special medical needs)

Eligibility

Classes II to III & Classes V to IX

Admission will be considered based on the student’s previous academic report card and seat availability.

  • Online Admission Portal Opens: 20 January 2026, 11:00 AM
  • Last Date for Online Application: 10 February 2026, 6:00 PM
  • Last Date for Submission of Printed Application: 10 February 2026
